Construction of a new 2 storey building consisting of suspended post tension floor slabs with rendered masonry walls, structural steel, CFC and metal wall sheeting.  Complex services including Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Security, AV, and Vertical Transport (Lift).  External works including retaining walls, off formed concrete seating, carpark and roadworks, pedestrian paths, covered links, storm water drainage, electrical reticulation, and landscaping.  Installation of new basketball courts and sports equipment including a rebound sports surfacing with court markings.
